Special Engineering technicians are registered as TIM at ADENE.

In partnership with Special Technical Installations companies, we guarantee that the air conditioning installations in buildings comply with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 118/2013 and the Regulation on Energy Performance of Commerce and Services Buildings (RECS), where the limits of Indoor Air Quality, operating conditions and energy efficiency of the systems.

We prepare Preventive Maintenance Plans for the respective facilities, which establish a set of requirements in accordance with applicable legislation, which define the tasks and maintenance procedures planned, taking into account good practices, manufacturers' instructions and existing regulations for each type of equipment of the installation.
