Special Engineering technicians in cooperation with ANAI - National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, successfully carry out training actions in AMEITI - Appraisal of Machines, Equipment and Special Technical Installations.

The training has taken place in Lisbon, Porto and Azores in face-to-face mode and more recently online via telematic means, having been attended by national and international trainees (Angola and Cape Verde).

​ They are also responsible for the module "Special Technical Installations" of the course Appraisal of Property for Rehabilitation by ANAI.
